the crazy lady

In Sitka, she's known as "the crazy lady" by all. But who is she?
To those of us who have seen her around, she is a homeless woman with long brown hair and a large backpack. She is seen making her way from one side of the town to the other several times a day. We see her looking at and talking to her hand as if it were a real person or spirit. All we see is a Satanic emblem (an upside down star) tattooed on her hand. We've heard about/witnessed her jumping out from the bushes in front of people. We've also heard that she goes up to strangers wearing headphones and tells them that they will die. Sometimes she just taps people on the shoulder and says, "Hello," as if she's known the person forever. We know that she used to enjoy going into Market Center for hours upon hours, just wandering around and drinking coffee. The reason why she no longer hangs out at Market Center is because she was once found sleeping in the video department. Sea Mart and Market Center now have a "No Trespassing" order for her to abide by.
Now, we hear that she may be in jail for attacking someone. Or is she out now?
