Kaari talked Bryanna and I into going to church with her tonight. -It wasn't "her church," but her boyfriend's friend's church. Upon arriving, Bryanna and I heard music. After exchanging worried looks, Bryanna begin dancing and singing, "I loooove Jesus. I loooove Jesus..." Bryanna and I giggled and then calmed ourselves in preparation for entering the "Lighthouse Fellowship" (the old kindergarten gymnasium). As we took our seats we could hardly keep straight faces. Kaari had been there several times, so she was pretty used to the ceremony; out of tune voices, Jesus lovin' songs, and repetitive drum rhythms. For the better part of the "service," Bryanna and I stared at our shoes or the ceiling in order to not burst out in childish laughter. 45 minutes later, it ended, we met all the church goers (all 12) and then left.

We then showed up at Blatchley, where they had "Rock the Vote for Tony Knowles." We listened to some more bad music. -This time it was some girl from Ketchikan singing al0ng with herself (on cd). It was pretty bad, so we left.

We drove around, looking for the "crazy lady," but had no luck... Another night in Sitka-town.
