old clothes and disco balls

This morning I went garage saleing with my mom. I've discovered that people possess lots of useless junk. And that is what their garage/yard/car-port sale merchandise consists of.

My favorite item was a vacuum. A small sign was taped to it reading,

$5.00
WORKS,
VERY LOUD.
My mom asked the lady just how loud it was. The woman replied, "Oh, its loud, real loud... But the neighbors never complained!"
Around 11 am, I showed up at the high school to help out with homecoming set-up. We hung MORE gossamer (the see-through fabric stuff that is hung above the dance floor), cleaned up a bit, taped things down, and I closed the blinds.

Before heading home, I went to the White Elephant and picked up an application to volunteer there. I get to choose between the following "jobs:"
Cashier
Misc. re-stocking,
Pricing special items,
Checking clothing, housewares, etc to dispose of if not selling,
Adopting a section to maintain, or
Maintain the hardware section.
Gee, I can't wait to get started... What should I choose? (There're just so many exciting choices.)
